Severn Valley Steam 2011 captures lineside footage through the 2011 season. It includes footage of the return to traffic of GWR 2-8-0 2857 for the first time since 1994. It also includes the popular visit of Caledonian 812 class 828 from the Strathspey Railway, its first ever visit to another preserved railway. There is also footage from the footplate of 9f 922212 during its brief stay on the line during the summer/early autumn of the season.
